Terms of service

By using this website or the vAPI console, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, console, or network interfaces.

The publisher is vAPI Foundation, trading as vAPI Network.

vAPI Call provides x402 and MCP service discovery. Vendors publish compatible services, while account management, Activity, Connect, and OAuth support the platform.

vAPI Call uses Base. Compute and Stake are static coming-soon areas, and governance controls are not active.

Third-party providers are responsible for the services they list. The Foundation is not a party to service transactions between buyers and providers.

You control your wallet and keys. vAPI does not operate a hosted vAPI Call balance.

Each vAPI Call payment is a separate exact USDC authorization for a specific amount, recipient, token, chain, nonce, and validity window. An accepted on-chain authorization may be irreversible.

Protect your wallet credentials and review each payment before approval.

You are responsible for protecting API keys, wallet access, approved OAuth connections, and any device used with the console. Activity performed with valid credentials is treated as authorized until those credentials are disabled or expire.

Archiving an API key disables it. Records may be retained for security, accounting, and dispute handling.

5% network fee on self-listed APIs, nothing on indexed listings.

Using the network involves smart-contract risk, service-provider risk, credential risk, blockchain finality, and digital-asset volatility.

The vAPI token is not offered as an investment. Stake and governance controls are not active. Website and console content is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

Paid service results come from third-party vendors. Buyers should review service metadata and provider terms before authorizing payment.

The Foundation is not a party to service transactions between buyers and providers.

Do not use the website, console, or network interfaces to violate applicable law or sanctions, interfere with the service, access another person's account, or submit unlawful content.

The software, website, and console are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation disclaims warranties and limits its liability for loss arising from use of the website, console, network, or third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Panama. Venue for any dispute is Panama City, subject to review by counsel.
